All joliok players must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement under Philippine law. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
Each individual may hold only one joliok account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended. Sharing accounts with other persons is prohibited and may result in account closure.
All joliok promotions are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal. Full bonus terms are posted on the promotions page and apply automatically upon opt-in.
The use of bots, scripts, exploits, or any form of collusion is strictly prohibited across all joliok games. Suspected abuse triggers immediate account review and may lead to forfeiture of funds.
All joliok account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). GCash and Maya are the primary payment methods. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are also supported.
joliok provides deposit limits, session reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion for all account holders. Use of these tools is encouraged. Responsible gaming obligations are binding on both joliok and the player.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and joliok (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at joliok.club (the "Platform"). The joliok Platform provides online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, and related gaming services to eligible adult players in the Philippines.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by joliok, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable bonus terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the joliok Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register and maintain an account on the joliok Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:
joliok reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance, including pending withdrawals.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one (1) active account on the joliok Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — including accounts registered under different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. joliok uses technical and manual verification procedures to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are detected, joliok reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to void any transactions, balances, or winnings in any or all of those accounts.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joliok account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person. joliok will never ask for your password by phone, chat, or email. Any action taken on your account using your login credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have promptly notified joliok of a suspected security breach.
3.3 Account Currency. All joliok accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). joliok does not offer multi-currency accounts. All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. No currency conversion is performed on the Platform.
3.4 Account Inactivity. An account is classified as inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. joliok will notify the account holder at the registered email address and mobile number prior to applying any inactivity administration fee. Applicable fees are disclosed in the Platform's FAQ section. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be closed without further notice.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. joliok currently supports the following payment methods for Philippine Peso deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank via InstaPay or PESONet. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at joliok's discretion. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own financial institution or e-wallet provider in connection with transactions to or from joliok.
4.2 Deposit Minimums. The minimum single deposit is ₱100. joliok does not impose a maximum deposit limit at the platform level, although individual payment method providers may impose their own limits. Deposits are credited to your joliok account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment network, which is typically within 60 seconds for GCash and Maya transactions.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the joliok account. joliok will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, family members' accounts, or any account not directly linked to the verified account holder. Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). joliok processes approved withdrawals within the timeframes disclosed in the FAQ section, subject to applicable banking hours for bank transfer methods.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. joliok maintains compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. joliok reserves the right to request additional documentation, to delay withdrawal processing, or to report unusual transaction patterns to relevant authorities, in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Deposits made in error or without a corresponding play history may be returned to the original payment method, net of any applicable fees.
4.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a deposit made to joliok, while the corresponding account balance or winnings remain available in your joliok account, constitutes a breach of these Terms. joliok reserves the right to suspend the account, offset the disputed amount against your available balance, and pursue recovery through lawful means.
5.1 General Bonus Rules. All joliok bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the Current Offers page at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion. Unless otherwise specified, only eligible real-money wagers placed on qualifying games count toward wagering requirements. Free spins winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. joliok reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals in cases where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, making low-risk or no-risk wager combinations to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors or misconfigured promotional parameters.
5.4 Expiry. Unclaimed bonus credits and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Player's bonus wallet without compensation.
5.5 Promotional Changes. joliok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already commenced fulfilment of wagering requirements under an active bonus will be permitted to complete those requirements under the original terms.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the joliok Platform is governed by its own rules as presented within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering. joliok accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to understand applicable game rules.
6.2 RNG Integrity. All joliok random number generator (RNG) games use certified software that produces statistically independent and unpredictable outcomes. RTP percentages are independently audited and made available to Players upon request.
6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games at joliok are streamed from licensed professional studios. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, joliok's system will record the state of play at the point of disconnection and resolve bets in accordance with the applicable game rules. joliok is not liable for internet connectivity failures on the Player's end.
6.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game result, joliok reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes placed on that round. joliok's decision on such matters is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the joliok Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their balance forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
joliok is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of account holders before processing withdrawals and in other circumstances as required by law. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires Players to submit one or more of the following valid Philippine government-issued identity documents: UMID card, PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's licence. Additional documentation — including proof of address or source of funds — may be requested at joliok's discretion.
joliok undertakes to process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Players who fail to complete KYC verification when requested will be unable to process withdrawals and may have their accounts suspended. joliok will not process withdrawals to a payment account that is not registered in the same name as the verified joliok account holder.
All identity documents submitted to joliok are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and are used solely for the purposes of identity verification and regulatory compliance.
The collection, use, and retention of your personal data by joliok is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. joliok processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
By registering on the joliok Platform, you consent to joliok collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and the delivery of personalised gaming and promotional communications. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time from your account settings without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

All intellectual property rights in and to the joliok Platform — including but not limited to the joliok brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, and data compilations — are owned by joliok or are used under licence from third-party rights holders. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any joliok intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation of any part of the Platform or its content without joliok's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, joliok and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if joliok has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.2 joliok's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their joliok account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 joliok does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and events beyond joliok's reasonable control may temporarily affect Platform availability. joliok will endeavour to minimise disruption and to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits joliok's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
13.1 By joliok. joliok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if joliok reasonably determines that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms or any applicable law; (b) the Player has provided false or misleading information; (c) the Player's account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (d) continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to joliok; or (e) joliok is required to do so by a competent authority or applicable regulation.
13.2 By the Player. You may request the closure of your joliok account at any time by contacting joliok customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining eligible real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
13.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform is revoked. joliok will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law and regulation. Sections of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination — including Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the joliok Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Before commencing formal dispute proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact joliok customer support to seek an amicable resolution. joliok commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
joliok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, joliok will provide notice to registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 calendar days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. For non-material amendments, notice will be provided by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
Your continued use of the joliok Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
